Billing, Taxes, and Fees
For your security and protection, FinanceTraining.ca will pre-authorize the full amount of your purchase, including applicable sales taxes, to verify your billing address and payment information. Pre-authorizations may take up to 30 business days to clear, depending on your financial institution.
All charges for FinanceTraining.ca services will appear on your credit card statement as:

Subscriptions
By signing up for a subscription, you authorize FinanceTraining.ca to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions will be charged according to the payment schedule (monthly or annually) you select at checkout.
If your payment method is declined, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to update your payment method. Failure to provide updated payment information may result in a suspension of your subscription.
Pricing and Payment
The total cost charged to your payment method includes the price of the product or service, applicable discounts, shipping (for physical products), and sales taxes.
- Digital Products and Services: Charges are processed immediately upon purchase.
- Physical Products: Charges are processed once the item ships.
- Credit Balances: Any credits on your FinanceTraining.ca account will be applied to your order before your payment method is charged for any remaining balance.
Auto-Renew and Cancellation
Subscriptions will automatically renew according to your selected payment cycle. Subscriptions remain active until canceled.
To cancel, you may:
- Log in to your account and disable auto-renewal.

Note: Sales are non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided for prepaid subscription amounts upon cancellation.
Sales Policy
- All sales are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Purchased courses, subscriptions, or services cannot be assigned or transferred to a third party without prior written consent from FinanceTraining.ca.
