Emrul has been training CFA candidates for over 10 years through FinanceTraining.ca, The Princeton Review, and UBC Sauder. He currently lectures at the University of British Columbia, and Simon Fraser University, Canada. He earned his Ph.D. in Finance at the Beedie School of Business of Simon Fraser University, Canada, and an MA in Financial Economics from York University, Canada. Emrul is also a certified FRM (Financial Risk Manager). He spent several years as an Investment Analyst and Consultant at different investment banks and think tanks such as Fraser Institute and Asian Tiger Capital Partners Ltd. Chris is a finance professional, having worked in the industry since he graduated with a Bachelor's of Business Administration, Finance and Economics Joint Major from the Simon Fraser University, BC. He has successfully passed all three levels of the CFA Program on his first try. He has a wide range of experience, having worked at some of the largest private wealth managers in the Lower Mainland, BC, Canada. Adeet is an experienced finance and accounting professional, completing his CFA designation in 2021. He is also a CPA and started his career as an accountant. He also did a Master's in Accounting from the University of Alberta. Before that, he did his undergrad at the University of British Columbia. After that, he started his career as an accountant at MNP. Then he got promoted to Senior Accountant before landing his current position as Manager of Valuation at MNP. Cheryl is an experienced finance and accounting professional. She has provided CFA training courses at UBC and Princeton Review. She is also a module facilitator with CPA Western School of Business. Outside of teaching, Cheryl works in Corporate Development and FP&A where she advises on acquisition, divestment, capital structuring and liquidity management.  Cheryl holds an honors degree (distinction) in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. She passed all three levels of CFA exams on her first attempt and was awarded charter in 2018.
