Quality Assurance & AI Transparency

At FinanceTraining.ca, our goal is to provide clear, affordable and academically reliable learning resources. We use a combination of subject-matter expertise, editorial review, and appropriate technology to help learners understand and practise important concepts.

How our materials are reviewed

Our study notes, explanations, practice questions, solutions and learning illustrations are reviewed by instructors or other subject-matter experts before publication. This review focuses on conceptual accuracy, economic and financial reasoning, calculations, clarity of explanations, and the suitability of examples for the intended learning objectives.

We also welcome feedback after publication. If a learner identifies a possible error or unclear explanation, we will review the specific material and make corrections where appropriate.

How we use AI-assisted tools

AI-assisted tools may be used as part of the editorial and production process. These uses can include proofreading, grammatical corrections, language refinement, and assistance with creating or improving graphs and other visual illustrations.

AI assistance does not replace human academic review. Our subject-matter instructors are responsible for reviewing the educational content, including concepts, calculations, questions, solutions and relevant visual explanations, before it is made available to learners.

The extent of AI assistance may differ across materials. We do not treat AI-generated output as independent verification that educational content is accurate.

Student choice and appropriate use

FinanceTraining.ca materials are designed to support learning and practice. Learners should follow the requirements established by their own course instructors, programs and professional examination bodies. A recommendation by an individual instructor does not, by itself, indicate formal approval or endorsement by a university or examination body.

No educational resource is entirely free from the possibility of errors. We encourage learners to ask questions, compare sources where useful, and contact us when something appears incorrect.

Questions and corrections

For questions about our materials, suspected errors, technical issues, or refund requests, please contact info@financetraining.ca. We will respond and address concerns in accordance with our published support and refund terms.
